The collection at Beacon Art includes the works of contemporary artists from New York, the Philadelphia area, New Jersey, Ohio and abroad. In its eighth year, the 2016 collection at Beacon Art will increase its already outstanding contemporary collection as the season progresses. Following owner/artist Gary Jackett and Mark MacKinnon in May, Beacon Art is excited to welcome the new paintings by Whitney Knapp and Ted Walsh in June, new artists to the gallery Sarah Becktel figurative painter and Karlos Carcamo, Hard Edge abstraction.  Also new to the gallery will be Nude Photography by Lou Benjamin and mixed media abstract paintings by Thomas Huber. Visitors to the gallery will also find showings on Friday nights in the Feature Gallery on Second: Jaanika Peerna 6/17, Laura Gurton 6/24, Russell Cusick 7/1, Richard Bruce 7/8, Jeff Schaller 7/15, Greg Giegucz 7/22, Janet Cass 7/29, Molly Rausch 8/5, Greg Slick 8/12 and Carla Goldberg 8/19.

Beacon Art is also proud to announce that it has increased its breadth with the continuation of Avalon Bronze Studio. This summer visitors will also encounter a life-size statue in progress being created by gallery owner, Gary Jacketti.
